Tampon Timer Free (an iPeriod® companion app) App Reviews

I suffer from memory loss after a car accident and remembering to take out my tampon is very difficult!!!! After leaving my tampon in for 11 hours on two different occasions, I knew I needed help and found out about this! Awesome! Love it!

Doesnt keep track of time for me after about an hour. Im 14 so I use my iPod touch for this app and ill set it for something like 6 hours and it doesnt make it after an hour. Only criticism I have is to make it have a better timer and track of time.

Great for those days at work when most of the day goes by and you realize youve been so busy you havent taken so much as a water break!! Very easy on those days to forget that "its time for a change!"

Ive just started using this app. So far it seems to work well.

It would randomly stop counting down, so I never got any notifications. Deleted it.

I tried this a few times with this app but it does not work. The app says that it will alert you when its time. But it doesnt.

This is seriously the most useless app out there. If you dont keep the app open, then the timer will stop and you wont get notified. I dont even know why I downloaded it, but if youre that forgetful to change your pad/tampon, then thats sad. So I highly recommend you dont download.

The timer should keep going once u lock your phone, that would just be so much more helpful

Dumb app, and a waste of space on my phone. You have to keep the app open for it to work. Whos actually going to keep an app open for 4 hours and not do anything? so dumb. Uninstalling.

This app works great, it really helps ,e keep track so that way i dont leave it in for too long.

I thats for the first time I forget about my tampoon in me I dont fell it I bund yes pads now use this to help it is good young girls and women. I am 15 going be 16 in 5 mouth from today my birthday is August 7

Got this app so I could keep track of how much time I had while traveling with time zone changes that would make it hard for me to quickly calculate. But it turns out this app throws in the towel and deactivates your timer when you change time zones. But if youre just using this at home I suspect there wouldnt be any issue.

This app wont work if you close the app! I dont know about you but I like to close my apps when Im not using them to save my battery life. Nope the app wont work if that happens. Might as well set various alarms on your phones clock app and itll get the job done!

I have had to reinstall this app twice in the hopes it would work again, but no luck. Used to work great and never failed (unless I closed the app in the background), but now It wont take a new time...it stays at 4 hours no matter how many times I set it for 8 hours, and I cant trust it since its not working the way it used to. Boo.

I love the iPeriod app, but this one isnt reliable. Even when I leave it open in the background, it only continues to count down a portion of the time. You never know when its going to work. Sometimes it wont let you change the number of hours either. Great idea, but too many glitches.

I love this app and I really enjoy not having to worry about remembering when its time to change. I am in high school so its especially helpful when youre trying to worry about a million other things. The only concern/comment I have it that that timer stops when you close the app. This majorly drains your battery.

I didnt really like it because it doesnt actually alert you. You have to go into the app to see if the timers done. In away thats good so the people around you dont know that your on your period if your not around your phone when the timer rings. But theres also really no point if you have to go into the app to see if the timers done because the whole purpose is so you dont forget your tampons still in.

An ok app but it doesnt alert you when its done and it shuts off when you take it off multi task
